The foreclosure rate in the state of Alabama dropped in February 2013 in comparison to February 2012 by a percentage of 16.5, making it the state with the 30th lowest rate of foreclosures in the US. The volume fell from completed foreclosures and also in terms of foreclosure starts, making the early 2013 term a positive starting point for what’s poised to be a strong year in Alabama real estate.
The Birmingham movers are optimistic that the months ahead will be a recovery term for the Alabama real estate market that has been dragging in recent months. With foreclosures falling dramatically across the board, we hope to report great things for the upcoming months.
