According to reports from Alabama.com, plans have been approved to add residential units to The Preserve subdivision of Hoover. The Preserve will gain 62 new homes according to the plans approved by the Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission. The homes will be located between Preseve Parkway and Preserve Way as an extension of Chestnut Park Lake. The Hoover movers see the additional developments as a great sign for the area.

The 62 houses in the neighborhood will create jobs for many in the construction industry, which is of course great news, and the fact that there is demand for additional housing in the region will be helpful in strengthening the value of the homes in the subdivision and throughout Hoover. Hopefully this addition to The Preserve will spur continued development and growth in the region over the coming months.
